As a member, you can participate in unlimited workouts of the day (WOD), which are programs planned in advance by the coaches. During the day's training, there is always a coach/coaches who teach and guide the movements, which enables better development and safety. You can also come to train during Open Gym times, when you can train freely and ask the coaches for advice if necessary. The coach is always there when the gym is open. Note!
